5th Anniversary Shamrock Shuffle Road Race
Saturday, March 12, 2016 COURSE: 3.5 Miles downhill start & finish at Polk School, 437 Buckingham St., Oakville, CT (Walkers Division 2.5 Miles) ADDITIONAL INFO: Information: Contact Watertown Recreation @ 860-945-5246; Visit us at www.watertownct.org RACE DAY REGISTRATION: All race day registration will begin at 8:30 AM at Polk school. There will be indoor facilities available for participants. RACE SCHEDULE ***NEW 1 MILE KIDS RACE will begin at 9:00 AM. (10&Under) The Shamrock Shuffle and Walk will begins at 10:00 AM. Please note that all runners will be doing a 3.5 mile run course. All walkers will have an alternative 2.5 mile walk course. All participants will leave at the same time. GIVEAWAYS: All pre registered runners will receive a STAINLESS STEEL 16 oz pint glass! Also the first 500 (does not include Mini Shuffle) to sign up will receive a fleece beanie hats with the Shamrock Shuffle logo embroidered. Sign up early! There will be a post race party at O- Joe’s!!! O-Joe’s is located at 253 Buckingham St., Oakville. You will receive a complimentary food and drink ticket for at O-Joe’s. Mini Shuffler’s will receive a kid’s Tshirt if registered by February 22nd, 2016. AWARDS M/F Overall; Ages 13 & Under, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & over. Costumes! |
